2nd Inter School Competition held successfully

Taekwondo ITF Nepal and Buddhajyoti Boarding School concluded Second Inter School ITF Taekwondo Championship on 24 July, 2009. Mr. Krishna Bahadur Mahara, former information and communication Minister and Mr. Ang Temba Sherpa, World Famous Model, International Flight expert and Eminent Mountaineer distributed Medal and Certificates to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winner of the competition. 2nd National Seminar Held Successfully

Taekwondo ITF Nepal Organized Second National Instructor & Referee Seminar from 15 – 16 July, 2009. The seminar was conducted by the president of Taekwondo ITF Nepal and international Instructor and A class Referee Mr. Laxman Basnet amid 16 Participant including player and instructor.

Training in Nepal to impart ITF training in Bangladesh

Founding president and chief instructor of Taekwondo ITF Bangladesh , MD. Muktar Hussain has completed two months intensive training so as to conduct ITF Taekwondo in Bangladesh under the supervision of Taekwondo ITF Nepal. Prior to the establishment of ITF Taekwondo in Bangladesh , he was 2nd Degree Black Belt & president of Shylet TKD Association. Now he is preparing to attain third degree black belt.

All of us here at ITF Nepal are deeply saddened and shell shocked at the sudden demise of our legal advisor, Mr. Yogananda Sapkota, aged 35, on 30 May 2009.

4th ITF Training Camp Nepal & Black Belt grading held successfully

4th ITF Training camp & Black Belt Grading was held from 25-27 December 2008 at the capital Kathmandu . The event was successfully organized by Taekwondo (ITF) Nepal .

Including male & female altogether 97 participants from 7 different Dojang and schools participated at the event. The first day of the camp was held in Swoyambhu (One of famous Buddhist temple in the capital), the second and third day events were held at Center Dojang - Bagbazar, Kathmandu .
